It’s a brand new week in Seattle. We’re expecting relatively nice weather, which is good as some summer series continue throughout the week. Get ready to head out and enjoy what the city, and surrounding area, offer! From an adult night at the Aquarium, to Kevin Hart shows, here are 10 things to do in and around Seattle this week.
Have some time off this week? Head to the Washington State International Kite Festival! It is the largest and longest running Kite Festival in North America, and will have the skies filled with color, high flying action, and choreographed movement.

Get your week started with a little dance! Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting Dancing ‘til Dusk this summer. The lessons take place at parks across Seattle, and begins with a dance lesson for the first hour. No experience is needed but keep in mind the class rotates partners. If you’d prefer not to, you can bring a partner to the lesson.
This week, catch it at Westlake Park on Tuesday.

On Wednesday nights from 7-8:30pm , head to the the Village Green for free live music at U Village’s Summer Concert Series. This week, check out Eagle Eyes.

Check out this high-flying musical that has been thrilling audiences of all ages for close to 70 years! The musical features all the classic songs including “I’m Flying,” “I Gotta Crow,” “I Won’t Grow Up” and “Neverland.”

The Seattle Aquarium will be hosting an adults only evening, and it’s for a good cause! There will be buskers, food and beverages available for purchase.

Twenty One Pilots is celebrating the release of Clancy with “The Clancy World” Tour, their biggest headline tour and it includes a stop in Seattle, at Climate Pledge Arena.

Center City Cinema is screening FREE movies in the park at 12 locations across the city. This week you can catch two epic flicks! On Thursday, you can watch “Cars” at Ballard Commons Park and on Friday it’s “10 Things I Hate About You” at Freeway Park. There will be snacks on Friday!

Hosted by The Korean American Chamber of Commerce Washington, the Waba Korea Expo & Festival (WABA means “Come & See!”) is taking place on Friday, from 10 am to 8 pm.
You can expect 80+ booths showcasing food, culture, beauty products, technology, merchandise, performances and much more.

SAM Remix is back at the Olympic Sculpture Park this week! Head there and wrap up your summer season with the best and brightest of our city’s creative community at this signature late-night art party on Seattle’s waterfront.
