We’re reaching mid-August, which means fall is almost around the corner! Let’s make the most of the last weeks of summer in Seattle! There are quite a few concerts in the city this week, and some outdoor experiences. So get out and enjoy August while you can! Here are 10 things to do in and around Seattle this week.
Jhené Aiko is bringing her “The Magic Hour” Tour to Seattle this week, where she will be joined by Coi Leray, Tink, and Kiana Ledé.

Back for another year, Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting Dancing ‘til Dusk this summer. The lessons take place at parks across Seattle, and begins with a dance lesson for the first hour. No experience is needed but keep in mind the class rotates partners. If you’d prefer not to, you can bring a partner to the lesson. You can catch lessons this week on Tuesday in Ballard Commons, Thursday in Cal Anderson Park, and Friday at Friends of Waterfront Seattle.

On Wednesday nights from 7-8:30pm , head to the the Village Green for free live music at U Village’s Summer Concert Series. Remaining concerts this season take place on August 14th, and August 21st.

Candlelight concerts bring the magic of live music, surrounded by the gentle glow of candles. This multi-sensory musical experience will be bringing the music of Taylor Swift at The Museum of Flight this week.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, the Mural Amphitheatre lawn transforms into an outdoor theatre with a 40-foot screen and the iconic Space Needle in view this summer. The series takes place on Fridays and this is one of the last weeks to catch it! It wraps next week, on August 23rd.

Check out an evening of FREE music, circus arts, acro yoga, dance, flow, visual art, and anything else people want to share! All are welcome and participation is encouraged.

On Friday, August 16th, the Pike Place Market Foundation is bringing together over 100 of the region’s best restaurants, wineries, breweries and distilleries for Sunset Supper at Pike Place Market. All food and drink are included with ticket purchase and proceeds benefit the Pike Place Market Foundation.
