Edmonton Oilers

As we near the end of the regular season, you can still catch the Edmonton Oilers at home for one more game against the San Jose Sharks.

Edmonton Music & Speech Arts Festival

The 116th Annual Edmonton Music & Speech Arts Festival (formerly known as the Edmonton Kiwanis Music Festival) is back, and it creates over 2,500 opportunities for over 20,000 music students, actors, musicians, and music lovers to perform in front of an audience and receive professional adjudication. See the stars of the future!

When: April 15 – May 1st, 2024

Classic Albums Live Performs: The Eagles Greatest Hits

If you love The Eagles, this is one show not to miss. “For the first time in popular music, the greatest albums from the 60s and 70s are recreated live on stage, note for note — cut for cut,” states the event – and this one features The Eagles’ Greatest Hits. These shows will sell out!

When: Monday, April 15th, and Tuesday, April 16th, 2024

National Canadian Film Day

For National Canadian Film Day on April 17, the Science Centre will present a free screening of the important film, Bones of Crows, written and directed by Marie Clements.

Other select screenings of Great Bear Rainforest and Rocky Mountain Express will also be available.

Muttart Conservatory

The Muttart Conservatory is a great weekday pick no matter the weather. After all, who can resist a trip to an indoor botanical garden in one of the city’s coolest buildings? Enjoy Adult Only evenings on Wednesdays from 4 – 9 PM.

Luke Bryan

Luke Bryan is bringing his ‘Mind of a Country Boy’ tour to Edmonton this April. The country singer is on the road with Chayse Beckham, and Tenille Arts.

Thunder from Down Under

You’ve heard all about them, now you can see them live! World-renowned Australian entertainers Thunder from Down Under are ready to captivate Edmonton with their dance routines!

Edmonton Tattoo & Arts Festival

The Edmonton Tattoo & Arts Festival is one of the largest tattoo shows of its kind in Canada. You can expect over 450 or the best local artists all weekend long.

Where:  Edmonton EXPO Centre, Hall E

Shades of Spring – Art Show & Sale

This exciting annual event showcases some of Strathcona County’s most unique artists! The weekend event starts on Friday, and you’ll be able to view and purchase amazing art.

When: Friday, April 19th to Sunday, April 21st, 2024
Where: A. J. Ottewell Centre, 590 Broadmoor Blvd, Sherwood Park
Cost: Free to attend

The Tortured Poets Department: Listening Party + Taylor Swift Dance Party

“ATTN: All Edmonton Swifties, on Friday April 19th, we’re having an important department meeting regarding Taylor’s new album,” states the event. “DJ Josh is spinning Taylor’s bangers, deep cuts + tracks from The Tortured Poets Department. ”

Not only is it a listening party, it is also a dance party! Of note, this event is 18+.
