Hockey fans make some noise! The Calgary Hitmen are taking to the ice on Friday. And you can catch the thrilling game, fun activities and excitement at the Scotiabank Saddledome. Go, Hitmen!

Calling all DIY enthusiasts and home improvement dreamers! The Calgary Renovations Show is in town. With expert speakers and hundreds of exhibitors, the show is your one-stop shop for all things reno.

The Calgary Zoo is bringing back its beloved winter tradition, the Penguin Walk, for the 14th year. Starting this Saturday, until early March (date TBD) you can catch King penguins waddle their way through the zoo grounds for some additional winter enrichment and exercise.

There’s more fun to be had with hockey. Gear up to feel the heat with the Calgary Flames as you catch the fast-paced Flames vs. Kings game at the Scotiabank Saddledome.

It’s showtime! Broadway Across Canada has brought the hilariously haunting musical, Beetlejuice to Calgary. Based on Tim Burton’s beloved film, the musical will have you laughing and tapping your feet from the get-go.

Taking a stroll through Calgary’s largest Christmas light display is something we love doing on repeat. And if you do too, Legacy is the place to be. With over a million twinkling lights, it’s like a real-life winter wonderland.

Looking to keep the holiday magic going? Head to Lethbridge for the Winter Light Festival at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden. The garden’s serene natural beauty decked in shimmering lights (170,000 of them) is a feast you wouldn’t want to miss.
