2020 has been… less than amazing. But you know what is? A Maze In Corn! Dad jokes aside, this massive snow maze just outside Winnipeg is definitely worth a spot on your winter bucket list.
You may be wondering what’s so special about this spot, but back in 2019, they secured the Guinness World Record for the largest snow maze on Earth (2,789.11 m²!!). Oh, and their sleigh rides, snow mountains, and giant luge runs are pretty fun, too.

We’re not surprised that this spot has gained global attention, especially with ice bars, fire shows, snow dome movie theaters, indoor Jenga, and tasty snacks to keep folks busy post-maze. But this year, with COVID and travel bans, it’s a chance for us locals to really get the VIP experience.
According to the website booking, the world’s largest snow maze is hoping to open up for the season around January 4th. If it gets up and running, it will be open as long as Mother Nature allows.
When: Tentatively opening the first week of January
Where: 1351 Provincial Road 200, St. Adolphe, Manitoba
Cost: General – $12; Kids (4-12) – $10; Kids under 3 – Free
