The November forecast for BC shows that we’re in for a zany month of weather

After a colder, and rainier, than average October, a new forecast from The Weather Network is showing that we’ve got some better times ahead in BC this November. That’s because this month, the ‘flip-flop’ of Canadian weather patterns is (mostly) in our favour! Here’s a quick rundown.

While we’ve got rain in store for the next week or so, the BC forecast for November is anticipated that the second half of the month is going to be both milder and drier than average. So basically, the mountains are going to get a lot of early-season snow, before Mother Nature holds off for a while.

And lucky for us city-dwellers, that trend is supposed to continue into December. We’re feeling good about it, especially since eastern Canada is basically the opposite of what we can expect. We’d rather have a rude fall and a mild winter, personally.

Now, all we need is a couple of snowstorms here and there to make skiing a no-brainer, and we’re cruising into a great winter. To check out the full forecast for BC this November, as well as across Canada, just click here.
