Toronto real estate has outdone itself once again. The newest addition to the city skyline is here and it is seriously iconic. Yes, we’re talking about the highly anticipated Bridge Suites. This endeavour from Concord is changing the game when it comes to real estate. Don’t believe us? Keep on reading.

So the Bridge Suites by Concord are set to be the highest and largest suspended residences in the country. They are part of a 450 tonne, 40 metre structure that took more than 14 hours to lift into place. Crazy, right? Well, now we’ve got an inside look at them.

Of the two suites, only one is publicly available. It’s the Grand Bridge Suites, and it’s the larger of the set. This condo comes with 4,168 square feet of living space spanning over 3 floors. It’s got unobstructed views overlooking Lake Ontario. Plus, a gorgeous interior designed by LIV Design Studio.

Along with the suite, the SkyBridge also has over 800 square feet of outdoor living space to explore. There’s a beautiful bar and sunroom to lounge in while you enjoy the breathtaking views.

Of course, none of this comes cheap. If you’d like to be a proud resident of the iconic Bridge Suites, you’ll have to cough up a whopping $4,550,000. Given how inside this property is, we can’t say we’re surprised by the price tag.
