This magical Ontario Christmas market is at an iconic 1860s heritage farm

If you’ve been to Prince Edward County in the summer, then you’ll love it just as much in the winter. The area’s largest Christmas market is running for one weekend, from Nov. 28 to 30, 2025, happening at the iconic Red Barn at The Eddie Hotel and Farm.

“With over 60 vendors, in 4 market areas, all set against the backdrop of an iconic 1860s heritage farm. Festively decorated from pillar to post, and filled with artisans’ creations, from hand-spun fabrics and locally made candles, to home decor and incredible festive treats,” shares The Eddie Hotel and Farm.

The weekend of festivities is great for all ages, so if you have a family, bring them along.

Admission is $2 per person and can be paid at the door.

The Naughty Elf area is where you can enjoy some adult beverages like mulled wine, local beer, spirits, and more.

There’s also an exclusive shopping event on Nov. 27 for early bird access to the Red Barn Holiday Market’s vendors. Tickets are $10 and come with mulled wine or hot cocoa that you can sip on while you shop.

Unlike the regular market, you’ll need to purchase tickets in advance for this event.

There’s another shopping event on the 27th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for those in the community who require additional assistance with mobility and accessibility. Extra staff will be on hand; all you need to do is RSVP online.

I went to this Christmas market last year, and let me tell you, the cozy vibes are off the charts, and who doesn’t love an excuse to go to Prince Edward County?!

Happy holidays!
