The Canucks goalie has already made one of the season’s best saves (VIDEO)

Ready to be absolutely wowed? Then you need to see the save (or even series of saves) that Canucks goalie Thatcher Demko made in last night’s game. Seriously, this is already in the running for play of the year, we’re calling it right now.

With the third period winding down in a tie game against the New York Rangers, the Canucks found themselves in a shorthanded situation, and New York was putting on the pressure. Following a mad scramble in front of Demko’s net, the goalie found himself without his blocker. And well, things got ZANY…
