Terrifying news, Calgary! Screamfest will officially return with 6 haunted houses

Some of you will say that it’s too early to talk about Spooky Month – but we disagree. It’s nearly September and that’s basically just a warm-up for October. If you’re among those who wait all year for pumpkin spice and everything nice, we hope you’ve been preparing yourself because Screamfest, a Calgary favourite, has announced that they’re officially returning this season!

Featuring 6 ghostly houses, rides and carnival games, the city’s largest Halloween event will return to terrify guests for four weekends straight in celebration of the scariest time of year.

Starting on October 8th, anyone looking to get totally freaked can head over to Stampede Park for both indoor and outdoor haunts until Sunday the 31st.

Interested? Well, of course, you are.

Sadly, there’s not much more information at this time, but we’ll keep you guys updated.

Until then, just reminisce about all of the nightmarish experiences that you’ve had in the previous years. 2021 could be the worst best yet.
