Banquet is the name of the new exhibition that launches this spring. Explore the world of gastronomy with an immersive exhibition that “serves up” the science of food. Whether you’re a science nerd or just love a good meal, you don’t want to miss this one.

Consider this your call to the culinary.

What to expect

The Banquet exhibit will take visitors through the world of gastronomy through interactive displays that stimulate the senses. Discover the intricacies of food science through sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound.

Learn about the chemistry of cooking and the cultural traditions that shape how we eat. Banquet combines art, history, society, and science to leave you with a whole new understanding of food and how it impacts your life… besides the obvious.
