Taylor Swift’s ‘Life of a Showgirl’ album release parties to check out in Vancouver

From a listening party to a brunch drag show, here are a handful of release parties to check out if you’re counting down the days.

The Life of a Showgirl: Taylor Swift Drag Brunch

Ventura Room is hosting a Taylor Swift-themed drag brunch ahead of the album release, performed by none other than local talent Carrie Dawn and special guest performers, Jo Durée and Cheryl Trade. Here, guests can expect to enjoy delicious brunch bites while surrounded by glitter and glamour.

Taylor Swift The Life of a Showgirl: Album Listening Party & Drag Show

Taylor Swift’s new album will be played live at this spectacular event, which is part listening party and part drag show. Hosted by Carrie Dawn, Canada’s top Taylor Swift impersonator, the celebration will feature an iconic lineup of local drag artists and plenty of Swiftie-themed cocktails and mocktails to go around.

The Life of a Showgirl: A Taylor Swift Listening Party

Chill X Studio is hosting a night dedicated to celebrating the new album release with scream-singing, dancing, and indulging in drinks and bites from their iconic Pop Culture Dirty Soda Truck. There will also be a best-dressed contest at this listening party, so make sure to don your most dazzling showgirl-inspired fits.

Taylor Swift Dance Party: The Life of a Showgirl (VANCOUVER)

Swifties Socials is back with the city’s largest Taylor Swift dance party, and this iteration couldn’t have come at a better time. Over 500 Swifties are expected to come together to celebrate the release of The Life of a Showgirl, so get ready to sing and dance like nobody’s watching and revisit some of Taylor Swift’s biggest hits over the years.
