A three-day food & musical festival will take to Toronto streets this summer

I don’t know about you but one of my favourite parts of Toronto summer is the street festivals. One of the most highly anticipated festivals is Taste of Lawrence and the 2024 rendition in Toronto features three days of food, music and culture.

Here’s what you need to know.

Taste of Lawrence is put on annually by the Wexford BIA. During the 2024 celebration, guests can expect three days of food and music.

2024 marks 20 years of the well-known street festival!

According to the Wexford BIA, “As Scarborough’s largest street festival, it boasts the most enticing flavours from every cultural community in the GTA, over 150 street vendors, live entertainment on two stages, midway rides, kid workshops and so much more.”

The festival will run from Friday, July 5th – Sunday, July 7th this year.

On the Friday, Taste of Lawrence will be open from 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM on Saturday and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Sunday,

You can find the street fest along Lawrence Avenue East between Warden Avenue and Birchmount Road.

While performance lineups have not been announced for 2024, some of last year’s main stage acts included DJ Cozmic Cat, a cultural Filipino fashion show, Keep The Faith Bon Jovi Tribute, Sean Jones and epic opening and closing ceremonies.

Taste of Lawrence 2024 is going to be the best yet, Toronto!
