This retro roller skate pop-up in Toronto has everything for a unique Valentine’s date night

Fun, cute, romantic, and unique. Date night planning sure has some serious expectations to meet. Especially when date night happens to be on or around Valentine’s Day. Fortunately for you, we have just the place that checks off each one of those boxes. Enter: SUSO Skate Co.

On the off chance that you missed it, SUSO Skate is a retro-themed roller skate pop-up. The pop-up took over the former H&M storefront at the Promenade Shopping Centre in Thornhill. And turned the store into a beautiful blast from the past making it an instant hit since its launch in December.

As it happens its vibrant, retro setting with neon signs, disco balls, a vinyl record album wall and a nostalgic vibe make for the perfect date-night setting. One that feels and snaps (’cause ‘Gram game is important) well!

The place hosts themed nights like Seventies Sunday, Retro Rollin’, Hip Hop Humpday and more. So, you can glide all you want to upbeat, themed-music.

Plus, it’s inside the shopping centre. So, you can finish off your date with dinner and drinks from one of the many restaurants there. And even catch a movie. Sounds like a plan, eh?

You can book your slots for the rink on their website (LINK BELOW). And don’t worry about not owning skates and protective gear. They have everything available for rent.

If you’re still in doubt, might we suggest checking out their bright and vivid Instagram? That is sure to lure you!
