Situated just 20 minutes north of Whistler, Pemberton has plenty of hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and opportunities to unwind at some spectacular natural hot springs (Skookumchuck/Tsek Hot Springs and Sloquet Hot Springs). The former features tub-style pools, located one and a half hours north of the village of Pemberton along the Lillooet River.
The latter are open year-round and offer visitors a chance to unwind on a first-come-first-served basis.

Bordered by the beautiful Okanagan Lake and Lake Kalamalka, Vernon is a BC hot spot for many reasons. Consider Vernon as the less crowded version of Kelowna. Sweeping views and tons to do, minus the waves of tourists.

Now, for another closer option to Vancouver – and home of Canada’s largest Christmas celebration. From Christmas in the Village to free holiday movie nights and Christmas tree lighting at the Fort Langley Community Hall, there is plenty for folks to choose from this season.
