Seattle is getting a free nightly parade with lights, dancers, & falling snow

It may not feel like it yet, but the holidays are just around the corner! If you’re already in the Seattle Bellevue area taking care of some shopping, why not catch a free nightly parade? That’s right, Seattle is getting a magical winter celebration – and it’s free to attend!

Snowflake Lane is back for another year. This beloved Bellevue tradition kicks off on Friday, November 29th, and continues until Christmas Eve.

The nearly month-long celebration is a festive confectionary of holiday cheer. There’s a free parade that begins every night at 7 PM and runs the length of Bellevue Way between NE 4th Street and NE 8th Street.

Experience the magic of dazzling lights, festive music, and stunning parade floats – each grander than the last!

There are festive floats, thousands of twinkling lights, and hundreds of performers from toy soldiers to snow princesses. There’s even falling snow courtesy of on-site snow machines.

You can park at any of the free parking garages around Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square, but make sure you show up early to secure the best spot on the sidewalk.

If you’re in Seattle for the holidays, don’t miss out on this free nightly parade. It’s sure to kickstart your Christmas spirit. In fact, you might just want to come back every year!
