Well, Vancouver, it might be time to break out the shovels and winter gloves again. Along with a significant temperature drop over the next few days that will carry over into next week, the city is expected to see a bit more snow before the season’s end.
According to The Weather Network, we’re trading rain for snow at least three days next week, with sunny and cloudy days in between.
Starting Sunday, January 29th, temperatures will plummet to freezing and slightly below, accompanied by relatively clear skies. That changes on Wednesday, February 1st, when Vancouver can expect to see up to 5 cm of snow.
What’s more, the snow is likely to continue on Thursday, February 2nd and Friday, February 3rd. And while it probably won’t be anything like the snowfall we got in December or over the holidays, it’ll still warrant shovelling your driveway and watching your step outside.
