This scenic lookout spot offers 360 views above a bluff in Ontario

For the most spectacular fall views of the surrounding Niagara Escarpment in Ontario, head to Skinners Bluff scenic lookout. The sea of red, orange, and yellow will captivate you as you admire the fall foliage that has taken over Ontario’s greenery.

Located just northeast of Wiarton, Ontario is the Skinners Bluff scenic lookout. According to Destination Ontario, the lookout can be found on “an extension of the Bruce Trail.”

The entire Skinner’s Bluff Trail system is 19 km long which may sound appealing to avid hikers.

But if you’re just here for the views, you can make your way from the parking lot to the lookout spot in just 15 minutes, according to Destination Ontario.

“The best views are from the east and north sides of the escarpment overlooking the forest below and the shining waters and islands dotting Colpoy’s Bay, a scenic inlet of Georgian Bay,” says Destination Ontario.
