Great news, Vancouver! Science World’s popular “After Dark” series is back for 2024, and the next instalment is coming up at the end of the month, granting adults free reign over all the exhibits. So if getting buzzed at Science World on a Thursday night sounds like your cup of tea – read on!
With admission, adults are free to explore six permanent galleries at the museum, as well as the new “Earth Matters” exhibit starting May 31st.
Also new this year is Science World’s ‘Maker Studio,’ where guests can learn how to use Circuit smart cutting machines to customize their own greeting cards.

The experience also features adult-focused educational programs, special guest speakers, live performances, and of course—some great drinks to put you in the weekend mood.
And if you work up an appetite, there’s always food from Triple O’s to fuel your evening.
The boozy, adults-only event is held semi-monthly, with the next event slated for Thursday, May 30th from 6 to 10 pm. Early Bird tickets are available online until April 1st for $35 a pop, after which time they’ll jump up to $40.
