Ryan Reynolds was just spotted at a local restaurant in Markham

Apparently, Ryan Reynolds is touring the GTA and we’re here for it. The Canadian actor was spotted once again and this time at a local restaurant in Markham.

After surprising students at Seneca College earlier this week, the Deadpool star made his way north to Markham for some Italian eats. We can only assume that’s the case because according to a retweet by Mayor Frank Scarpitti, Reynolds was at ll Postino in the Unionville neighbourhood.

“When you’re in the neighbourhood well of course you make time to drop into one of our best restaurants, ll Postino,” read the Mayor’s tweet.

Destination Markham had originally shared a screenshot of the Canadian star, which was later retweeted by the Mayor.

The city’s tourism board had also teased that if the Hollywood actor is still interested in buying Ottawa’s hockey team, they should get in contact.

“Hey @vancityreynolds, are you considering buying @Senators and moving them to Markham? Let’s chat,” read the tweet.

The Markham Senators? Has a little bit of a ring to it.

As to where Ryan Reynolds will go next? That’s clearly unpredictable considering he’s touring the area but again, we can only hope he’s still lingering around the GTA.

We want more Reynolds!
