This iconic Toronto winter fair will be bigger & better than ever this year

One of Toronto’s most prestigious winter traditions is returning for its 100th anniversary this year. The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair has been bringing world-class equestrian entertainment to the city since 1922 and this year promises to be the biggest and best yet.

This event is known as the largest indoor agricultural and equestrian event in the world, and The Royal Horse Show is among the finest equestrian spectacles across the globe.

Whether you’re a fan of equestrian sports or simply love the history and tradition of it all, you’ll have no shortage of entertainment and attractions to enjoy at this year’s fair.

In addition to National Championship Show Jumping, an RCMP Musical Ride, The Royal Rodeo, and horse shows of all kinds, there will also be a square dancing competition, a Royal Dog Show, food competitions, and an elaborate butter sculpture exhibition.

There will also be a number of live performances featuring Blue Rodeo, SACHA, Ontario’s first Poet Laureate Randell Adjei, and Canadian TV icon Rick Mercer.

You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to eat, sip, and shop at the countless vendor stalls and inside the Royal Food Market.

There will be six on-site restaurants so you can dine with a view of the show. The event will also showcase some of the best breweries and cideries in Ontario.

There will be all kinds of products for sale including clothing, riding apparel, artisan crafts, lifestyle items, footwear, home goods, jewelry, gifts, and more.

If you’re hoping to fill your fall calendar with exciting things to do, this longstanding tradition is one you can’t miss!
