You can fly from Toronto to Muskoka in less than 30 minutes this summer

Cottage season, here we come! Porter Airlines is resuming flights between Toronto and Muskoka this month.

Starting just after the first day of summer, the flights will be running between Toronto’s Billy Bishop Airport and Muskoka Airport every Monday and Friday, so you can hop between the city and cottage country all season long. Service begins on June 24th and wraps on September 6th.

This is the first time that Porter Airlines has run this service in two years, bringing back major convenience for Muskoka cottage enthusiasts.

“The picturesque Muskoka region is less than a 30-minute flight from downtown Toronto, making it more accessible for Torontonians, as well as other Porter travellers in Canada and the U.S.,” said the CEO of Porter Airlines Michael Deluce in a press release, earlier this year.

The flights will depart from Toronto at 2:25 p.m. and from Muskoka at 3:45 p.m. every week. One way flights start at $95, but you’ll be hitting the lake in no time.
