This low-cost airline has one-way flights from Ontario to Paris starting at $206

Spring cleaning? More like spring planning! It’s time to book your next trip and lucky for you PLAY, a low-cost airline, has a flights sale from Ontario to select cities in Europe, including Paris. Here’s what to know.

The low-cost Icelandic airline, is offering up to 25% off flight prices from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport to nine European destinations.

Canadian travellers out of the Hamilton airport will be able to book the discounted fare for travel dates between June and September to October 2024.

The sale is currently on going and ends on April 21st.

But where are we flying to? Well, discounted flights will be to Iceland, Amsterdam, Berlin, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, London, Paris and Stockholm.

And as an added bonus, those flying to Europe will have the chance to hop on PLAY airlines’ exclusive stopover program. That means you can explore Iceland for up to 10 days, all at no additional cost. You read that right.

At the time of writing, the cheapest flight option is a $206 one-way ticket from Hamilton to Paris in October.

It’s important to note that prices are based on the PLAY basic option which includes taxes and a personal item.

PLAY, the low-cost transatlantic airline that has been operating flights between Iceland and Europe, and North America since 2022, and in Canada back in 2023.

It’s described as a “streamlined, no-frills service” without features like wifi and entertainment, allowing the airline to shave down the cost of their tickets.

If you’re ready to hit the skies this year and save some money while doing it, book your trip ASAP.
