Calgary, meet Pixel Park! Where gaming meets reality, and where every player discovers an epic quest, a heart-pounding challenge, and a pixelated thrill.
Located in the heart of the city’s Culture + Entertainment District, this new hub offers a place for Calgarians (and their dogs) to enjoy some fresh air and activities.
This new community space is home to a plethora of amenities. From the basketball court and skate park to the off-leash dog park and pickleball courts, there’s activities for everyone to enjoy.
Pack your own equipment or try something new by borrowing a racquet or basketball from The C+E Player Hub. The park is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM, year-round, & the C + E Player Hub is open Friday – Sunday from 12PM to 6PM, making it the perfect hangout spot to fold into your weekend plans.
Pixel Park is home to Downtown Calgary’s largest EV charging site—offering 24 stalls for eco-conscious park visitors. If you’re traveling via transit to avoid the traffic, the park also is easy to access by hopping on the C-train.
For those who haven’t strolled past the Stampede grounds lately, there are some exciting projects in progress! To help visitors navigate the neighbourhood during the construction, The C+E District has also put together some helpful information for avoiding road closures on their website.
So, what are you waiting for? The park is open now! So, grab your racquet and your furry friends and head to Pixel Park this weekend.
