‘Friends’ is overrated and popcorn-flavoured jellybeans? They’re actually our favourite, but most of you are going to disagree and that’s totally fine. After all, without a difference in thinking, we likely wouldn’t have skyscrapers or astronauts, hybrid fruits, or chicken burgers. We’ve all got an unpopular opinion and last week, Reddit user janearcade asked people to share any unpopular opinions that they had about Calgary.
To the surprise of no one, people were actually delighted to share their hot take on the internet, with everything from downtown driving to restaurants cast in a VERY different light by those who know the area well.
Perhaps the most shocking response? There are real human people out there who are willing to publicly show their support for Calgary’s notoriously controversial blue ring. Who would’ve thought!
