Remembrance Day is coming up, a federal holiday that honours the lives of those who made the ultimate sacrifice to defend our country.
With a recent Beaver Supermoon and the change of the seasons from fall to winter, this is a time of reflection and transition. Remembrance Day offers us a moment of pause to honour and remember the brave men and women who have served, and continue to serve, during times of war and peace.
Remembrance Day falls on a Tuesday this year, and there will be many businesses and services closed to honour the day.
