Ontario’s ‘Home Alone’ house is so realistic it feels just like the movie (PHOTOS)

Merry Christmas, ya filthy animals! A home in Ontario has transformed to look exactly like the Home Alone house and all it’s missing is Kevin McAllister peeking out of the window.

The home, located at 18 Cypress Gardens in the Ottawa suburb of Stittsville, is decked out with 3,500 lights to make it look exactly like the 1990 classic.

The lawn is filled with cutouts of the characters with quote bubbles featuring their iconic lines. According to CTV Ottawa, there are 15 cutouts in total.

Props from the film are also on display, like all of the items Kevin used in his elaborate pranks (including the tarantula!) and even the pizza delivery car parked and the wet bandits’ van which took the family several months to find.

You can rent the actual Home Alone house for just $25 this December

The Turcotte family is known for going all out during the holiday season, dressing up their home to resemble the ones in classic Christmas movies. Before Home Alone, the Turcottes transformed their house into the Griswold’s in National Lampoon’s Vacation.

You have until January 1st to check out the home and also make a donation to the CHEO Youth Mental Health Services, the organization that the Turcottes are raising money for with their display.

The family is even calling on Ryan Reynolds to stop by and help them reach their fundraising goal of $100,000. Reynolds has yet to reply, but the actor’s stunt tweeted on Wednesday that he was planning to visit later that day.

If Ottawa is a bit too far out of your way, you could always check out the Griswold Christmas House this month in Burlington.
