Start your engines! City streets will turn into a race track at Toronto’s Honda Indy

Drivers! Start. Your. Engines! The 2024 Ontario Honda Dealers Indy takes to Toronto streets this summer, transforming city roads into an epic race track for a weekend of races and fun.

The race weekend features a 2.84 km, 11-turn temporary street course constructed throughout and around Exhibition Place grounds and along Lake Shore Boulevard.

If you’re thinking of attending the festivities from Friday, July 19th to Sunday, July 21st here’s what to expect.

The weekend is highlighted by the NTT IndyCar Series of course but there are a handful of other happenings as well.

There will be an open-wheel development series where USF Pro 2000 and USF2000 Presented will battle on the course.

According to Ontario Honda Dealers Indy Toronto there will also be “Exciting sports car action from Sports Car Championship presented by Michelin and Emzone Radical Cup Canada presented by Michelin will add to the schedule featuring a race-within-race format with the Blue Marble Radical Cup North America series.”

The main event, The NTT IndyCar Series, will happen on Sunday – 85 laps or 244.29 km of action!

This is one of the most highly anticipated events of the summer so make sure to grab tickets ASAP.

Tickets are on sale now starting at $80 for a 2-day pass on July 20th & 21st.

General Admission access is free for children 12 and under accompanied by a ticketed adult however children 12 and under are required to purchase a grandstand ticket for grandstand seating.

Gate admission will be free on Friday, July 19th.
