If you thought visiting Whistler Blackcomb was expensive, just wait until you hear about how much it costs to actually live there. A recent report from the real estate firm Engel & Voelkers has placed Whistler amongst the most expensive ski resorts for homes and apartments in the world.. Let’s check it out!
The ranking looked at the average price per square foot in apartments listed by the firm during 2020. So, it’s not exactly representative of the entire market, but Engel & Voelkers definitely doesn’t mess around about selling vacation homes. Anyway, let’s check out the list.

If anything, the list shows just how insane some of the most expensive ski resorts in the world actually are. We were already shaking our heads at $15,000 a square foot, but over $40,000? Not only that, but we’re also cheap when talking about the highest-priced homes to have sold last year…
