Olivia Rodrigo is bringing her world tour to Toronto & here’s how to get tickets

Olivia Rodrigo has had a pretty wild introduction to superstardom. She’s seen chart-topping singles, legions of wild fans, a couple of songwriting controversies, and just last week became a Grammy nominee. Now, Olivia Rodrigo has announced her first-ever world tour and the only Canadian stops are in Toronto.

The Sour tour will see the star play Toronto’s Massey Hall on April 29 & 30, 2022. Tickets for Rodrigo’s Toronto shows go on sale to the general public on Friday, Dec 10 at 10:00 am EST, but you’re going to have to move quickly to get your hands on them.

Ticketmaster, who is handling the ticket sales for Toronto, is also offering a ‘Verified Fan Onsale Access’ option, which allows regular joes the chance to get tickets without going up against thousands of bots online. Due to the increasing market of ticket resellers, along with the difficulty of verifying resales processes in a pandemic era, this gives fans a better chance at locking down tickets without paying a resale premium.

The verified van access will give ticket-purchasers a code in order to make the ticketing process simpler. Although it doesn’t guarantee you a ticket, it’s not a bad idea if you’re trying to snag seats to Olivia Rodrigo’s Toronto shows.

The registration for verified fan access ends Tuesday, December 7th at midnight.
