You can watch the Northern Lights right from your bed at this magical Canadian resort

In the Great North, there’s nothing quite as magical as the Aurora Borealis – but there’s only a handful of places where chasing them is as easy as peering out the window.

Located 20 minutes for Whitehorse in the Yukon, the Northern Lights Resort & Spa in Canada offers guests an insane viewing experience comparable to the ones popularized in Iceland and Norway.

An adults-only accommodation, this unique escape has introduced glass-front chalets where couples, friends, photographers, and space enthusiasts can watch the most spectacular show on earth from the comfort of their own bed.

With only three cabins available, clutching a reservation is no easy task – but man is it worth trying year after year!

“Staying in these unique Chalets, the spectacular landscape of the Yukon presents itself outside the windows every day in a new way,” they explain on their website. “Northern Lights, midnight sun, autumn colors, and winter polar nights are nearby and you can experience them while enjoying the comforts of the cozy room.”

Of course, if you can’t bear to check it out, they also have regular cabins on the property – which are also fairly magical, though they don’t have a skylight or floor-to-ceiling windows.

Either way, the additional amenities, such as their spa and revered restaurant, as well as just knowing that the Aurora is high above you while you sleep are well worth the visit – so add this one to your bucket list.

Each 3 to 4-night Northern Lights package ranges from $1.190 to $1.690, so no – they aren’t cheap, but they’re well worth the money!

In fact, we can’t imagine anything better to splurge on her in Canada.
