On the flipside, it’s hard to see how the penthouse itself could improve. While the suite itself is just over 2,900 sq. ft., it comes with some serious lifestyle bonuses. Our opinion? Well, since there are technically two main bedrooms (each with its own ensuite bathroom), you’d be better off converting at least one of the other bedrooms into a home office or a little home gym. It’s a waterfront location, after all, so you might as well make the most of the views.

Naturally, a listing of this calibre comes at a pretty hefty price. While less than some of Vancouver’s more, let’s say, notable penthouses that have come up for sale, $8,180,000 certainly puts it out of our price range. Doesn’t mean we can’t do a little daydreaming about it, though!
