It might seem strange to look ahead to some of the coldest months of the year when we still have summer left to enjoy, but we’ve got some exciting news that will have you counting down the days to the holidays. The North Pole Express is back in British Columbia this fall and winter, so get ready for all the holiday magic and fun you can imagine!
One of the most popular rides of the year at the Railway Museum of British Columbia, the immersive experience takes passengers on a Christmas-themed train ride through Squamish.
The route heads north on Canadian National Railway tracks close to the Squamish River, or South towards the shipping port.
On board, guests will be treated to live entertainment, carolling, warm, gooey chocolate chip cookies, candy canes, and festive decor before arriving at the ‘North Pole’ and meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus.
