Walmart Canada posted the exciting news on LinkedIn writing, “Opening in 2025 is our Walmart Supercentre in Port Credit, located near the corner of Cawthra Rd. and Lakeshore Rd E. in the heart of Mississauga, Ontario.”

The post continues, “t’s thoughtfully designed with the busy customer in mind and will offer all the great things you’d expect from your Walmart store (including our everyday low prices!) to provide the ultimate one-stop shop.”

The area doesn’t yet have a Walmart, with the closest locations at Square One and Erin Mills.

“As Canada’s landscape continues to change, we’re focused on serving new Canadians and urban dwellers and are excited to be part of the significant growth Port Credit is experiencing,” Walmart Canada adds.

Walmart Supercentre offers a little more than a regular Walmart, considered “a one-stop shopping experience by combining a grocery store with fresh produce, bakery, deli and dairy products with electronics, apparel, toys and home furnishings.”

Mark your calendars for 2025, Port Credit!
