Etobicoke’s CF Sherway Gardens is bringing in some major retailers next year, from entertainment to essentials — here’s what to know.
Cadillac Fairview has announced the upcoming transformation of the south wing at CF Sherway Gardens with a few new additions.
“We’re embarking on an exciting new chapter at CF Sherway Gardens, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone,” says Sheila Jennings, general manager, CF Sherway Gardens, in a press release. “By continuously reinventing our retail and experiential offerings, our goal is to create a vibrant destination where every visit delivers unforgettable moments.”
These new destinations will take over the former space that Nordstrom once held.
As we’ve previously reported, Splitsville Bowl is opening a 34,000-square-foot flagship location on Level 1 of the retail space in Fall 2027.
It will feature 22 lanes of 10-pin bowling, an interactive arcade, elevated food and beverage offerings, and dynamic spaces.
This popular Quebec-based retailer specializes in board games, trading cards, sports cards, collectibles, comic books and manga, puzzles, and hobby products. It will also be located on Level 1 in Fall 2027. It will be its first store in Toronto.
One of my favourites is now making its way to Sherway Gardens, planned to open in Fall 2027. It will take over nearly 40,000 square feet of space on Level 2 of the shopping centre.
These aren’t the only new stores making their way to the west end shopping mall. T&T Supermarket will open its doors in Summer 2027, located in the former Pusateri’s space. The mall will also see Canadian debuts of beloved Italian brands Intimissimi and Calzedonia, according to a press release.
The countdown is on!
