Need a staycation? A swanky new hotel is opening in Eau Claire this June

Suit up, Calgary, because the search for your next staycation destination is about to come to an end and you’re going to want to be ready when it comes to a full stop! This June, look no further than YYC’s inner-city for something chic and unique because The Westley, a boujee new hotel is finally opening its doors.

Located in Eau Claire between 5th Avenue and 6th Street, The Westley (a Hilton affiliate) features a variety of amenities, 104 ultra-modern guest rooms, a big beautiful lobby, and a gorgeous outdoor patio. And we mean gorgeous.

Frank Architecture, the folks behind the interior of the hotel are pretty dang good at what they do, having already created some of Calgary’s most beloved spaces.

From Model Milk and Last Best to Alforno, Pigeonhole and our personal favourite, Royale – which sadly closed last year, their resume is stacked with stunning restaurants and hotels.

Of course, the Westley was no exception.

From what we’ve seen, they’ve put a ton of work into every little detail and have promised guests a luxurious place to stay, eat and explore.

While here, travellers will be encouraged to wine and dine at their up-and-coming Mexican-inspired restaurant, Fonda and Fora, break a sweat in their well-lit fitness facility, or just lounge about in their rooms, all of which were designed to help you focus inward and relax.
