Multi-family homes like this are a rarity in Toronto. According to Liu, only less than 70 such homes have been transacted out of nearly 500,000 over the past 3 years.

But, what truly makes this home unique is its setting. “This is a very unique property in comparison to other multi-generational homes because of where it is situated,” said Liu.

The home is tucked away on a hidden cul-de-sac surrounded by nature right in the gorgeous Scarborough Bluffs.

It has the prestige of Rosedale or the Bridle Path, only with immediate water access and without the surrounding traffic and the need to fence yourself off from the onlookers, according to the listing.

The home has just gone up for sale and the open house will be held this weekend, on April 15th and 16th from 2 to 5 PM.
