This modern Alberta palace for sale has breathtaking views, 2 hot tubs & a theatre

There are some pretty incredible homes for sale in and around Alberta, but if there’s one thing that’ll catch our attention above all else, it’s a stunning view.

Whether it be the mountains, city skyline, a lake, or a river, we’re a total sucker for a sight worth seeing – but what’s even better, is when a place has all that and more.

Located in Edmonton’s Windsor Park 8602 Saskatchewan Drive is a modern beauty with 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and picture-perfect landscaping.

Described as ‘elegant and sophisticated,’ this modern palace boasts 7,600 square feet of space with a grand foyer, an open-style kitchen, nanny suite, sitting area, and a den.

In addition to this, it has a wet bar, incredible floor-to-ceiling windows, 2 hot tubs, a large theatre room, a games area, an impressive wine cellar, and perhaps the coolest feature – a landscaped backyard and putting green.

Of curse, luxury like this does come cheap!

The previous owners are asking for a cool $4.8 mill in exchange for their hillside mega-mansion.
