Seattle and its surrounding areas are filled with cultural festivals this summer! Between the festivals at Seattle Center and one-day celebrations like WABA Korea, there is plenty to see, do, and learn. And we are adding another festival to your list. This August, the second Lynwood Luau is set to return with a full day of fun!
Lynwood Luau is a free, festival and celebration of Hawaiian culture.
This year, takes place on Saturday, August 17th from 3 PM to 8 PM at the District Plaza, which is just outside the Lynnwood Event Center.

The festival gives you the chance to listen to live music, enjoy dance performances from talented artists, and experience a taste of authentic Hawaiian food.
Food available for purchase comes from local vendors and businesses like Kona Kitchen, Poke Me, Ohana BBQ, and Kona Ice Shave Ice.
There are also several different learning opportunities including free lei-making classes, free hula dancing classes, and free drumming classes!
There are no tickets to Lynwood Luau, but you can RSVP online.
