This could be exactly what your home gym setup has been missing. Lululemon‘s popular interactive gym, MIRROR, is officially coming to Canada next month. It’s described as a “smart, interactive workout machine” that streams live workout classes and gives you access to a digital community where you can work out together, from home.
MIRROR, which is already available in stores all over the U.S., will be coming to Lululemon’s Canadian website and nearly 40 store locations across the country on November 22nd.
The device takes up just two feet of wall space and when you’re not using it to work out, it’s a sleek and functional mirror.

According to the company, the device offers “best-in-class content,” “advanced camera technology,” and a “personal performance dashboard,” where you can track the progress of your workout.
You can sync the device to Bluetooth so that it can measure your heart rate. While you sweat to your own music, MIRROR’s algorithm tracks your performance and then builds you a personalized program.
The classes are offered 24/7 and include boxing, barre, cardio, strength, yoga, meditation, and more. They range from beginner to expert level and from 5 minutes to 60 minutes long. There are also new live classes to participate in every week.
MIRROR also has features that let you interact with other members, like challenging a friend to a competition and earning points through your heart rate.
You can also give each other high fives for encouragement, you can find and follow other members, and receive personalized recommendations for available classes. The coolest part of all is that you can turn your camera on and take classes with your friends as if you’re all in the same room together.
All of this will cost you $1,495 USD, according to a review by Insider. But, you can start with a 30-day free trial and then finance it through fixed monthly payments. Lululemon says they’ll be announcing updates on MIRROR’s arrival in Canada on their social media, so stay on the lookout.
