Yorkville is getting a seriously impressive new stop for your next shopping trip, with a lululemon flagship slated to open in the area! The store is set to open at 2 Bloor Street W, in the heart of the Cumberland Terrace development.
The announcement, which came from KingSett Capital earlier today, is a pretty exciting one. The Canadian fashion company will become the ‘podium’ tenant of the building, which will see a major facelift in anticipation of its arrival. That’s part of a major update to the building itself, which has been a staple of the neighbourhood since it was opened back in 1977.

Of course, we’re more excited about what it’s going to look like. According to an announcement, the new lululemon flagship store in Yorkville will have over 12,000 square feet of shopping space across 3 levels. While details are slim at the moment, we’re hoping it’ll have some of the features of the Chicago flagship, which includes workout studios, a meditation studio, and even a restaurant.
But, we’re going to have to wait for more details come out before we can confirm it! One thing’s for sure- we’re definitely swinging by once it opens, whenever that is.
