You can take free outdoor yoga classes in North Vancouver all summer long

Summer is finally here, which means it’s only a matter of time before lululemon’s free outdoor yoga sessions are back at Lonsdale Quay!

Organized by lululemon Park Royal, the free summer series offers aspiring and experienced yogis the chance to enjoy a flow class led by lululemon ambassadors and community partners, all while surrounded by views of the Vancouver Harbour and city skyline.

While sign-up is required for each weekly event, you can also opt to register for an all-access pass to the summer classes here.

Otherwise, classes are released two weeks in advance, with a waitlist for each event to account for last-minute cancellations.

The Lower Lonsdale BIA adds that attendees are asked to bring their own mats and water bottles, and that a reminder email will go out the week of each class.

Here are all the free outdoor yoga classes to look out for this summer:

  • July 8, 2025: Chloe Koehle (Pilates)
  • July 15, 2025: Kate Gillespie (Yoga)
  • July 22, 2025: Melissa Nkomo (Pilates)
  • July 29, 2025: Malina Dawn Muskegon (Yoga)
  • Aug. 5, 2025: Bianca Europe (Pilates)
  • Aug. 12, 2025: Tara Shayegan (Yoga)
  • Aug. 19, 2025: Quelemia Sparrow (Yoga)
  • Aug. 26, 2025: Joanna Berringer (Yoga

Each class will take place on Tuesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
