“There’s few things I love more in real estate than a mezzanine loft, I know when I purchase myself, that’s exactly what I’ll be buying,” said Strata realtor Jenelle Tremblett to Curiocity.

“It has the cool appeal that Toronto people are looking for especially when living alone.”

“This unit in particular recently had a small price drop, which we’re seeing across the board in the market as the market softens a little. Buyers are in a much better negotiation position when buying right now,” said Tremblett.

“This could be a great option for first-time home buyers wanting to stay under that $700K budget.”

Given the condition, size, and location of this place, we’d call that a steal by Toronto’s standards.
