Kensington Market is having one more street festival this year with food & drinks

The Sunday street parties we know and love are at Kensington Market and the last one of the year is coming up this weekend. Pedestrian Sundays is back this Sunday, October 29th. Here’s what to know.

On the last Sunday of every month from May to October, Toronto’s most eccentric neighbourhood hosts a street-wide celebration of community and culture.

“The streets of Kensington Market are yours and open in celebration on throughout the market,” says the description.

“Human beings feel at their best in vibrant, human scale, friendly environments. Pedestrian Sundays allows us all to flourish in just such a space.”

In years past, Pedestrian Sundays have attracted huge crowds for their lively atmosphere and good vibes.

The sounds of live music and smells of street food fill the air and visitors are treated to live performances, entertainment, art showcases, and displays from local creators.

It’s one of many beloved festivals that the city looks forward to every year.

It’s safe to say that our city is an incredible place to be in any season, and we’re feeling pretty darn grateful.

It’s been fun while it lasted, see you next year!
