Located at JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa is the HydroSpa Muskoka. This luxurious day spa is all about nourishing your soul and refreshing your spirits. And the best part is, while the resort is stunning, you don’t have to be a guest to enjoy the spa.

The HydroSpa Muskoka has a relaxing water circuit experience that has “a myriad of physical and psychological benefits.”

“The spa uses the ancient practice of hot and cold-water therapy through a therapeutic pool and hot tub, outdoor barrel saunas and a cold shower,” it states. The experience is also accompanied by a panoramic view of Lake Rosseau.

And what a view it is.

Besides the hot and cold-water therapy circuit, the spa also has aroma-infused steam room and sauna facilities, as well as an “invigorating circuit” which is indoors. For this portion, guests can check out and relax in a salt room, enjoy massage chairs, foot reflexology massagers and an oxygen bar.

The spa is open daily from 9 am until 5 pm, and you’ll need to make a booking in advance. The day spa costs $100 per person, and is available online.
