A festive holiday market is popping up at an Ontario park with horse-drawn sleigh rides

The holiday season is here, and I, for one, am excited for what it brings! That being said, Ontario’s Bonnechere Park is celebrating the holiday season with its third annual Jingle & Mingle Holiday Market. Here’s what to know.

The date has been set for the beloved, festive event! Head out to Bonnechere Park on Nov. 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., for a day full of activities and holiday shopping.

What to expect

Whether you’re determined to get your Christmas shopping started early or want to enjoy a cozy day outdoors, the Jingle & Mingle experience has something for everyone.

Visitors can explore a lively market featuring local vendors alongside the park store, which is a great spot for finding unique gifts and festive finds.

To add to the charm, visitors will be treated to live festive music, setting the soundtrack for the day as you stroll through the market.

Ready to eat? Be sure to stop by the canteen for a delicious lunch and hot drinks.

As for activities, check out the horse-drawn sleigh rides and a cheerful photobooth with Santa, ideal for capturing the perfect holiday pic.

There’s also a scavenger hunt, which offers a fun way to explore the area, while the bonfire provides a cozy spot to warm up and roast marshmallows.

And no winter festival is complete without sweet treats! Indulge in freshly spun cotton candy.

Now there you have it! A full day of cozy chaos and holiday sparkle is just waiting to unfold at Bonnechere Park. It feels like it’s the perfect way to jump-start the season, doesn’t it?
