“Prettiest place I’ve ever been”: An episode of ‘The Bachelor’ was filmed at this national park in Alberta

If there’s one thing Alberta is going to do, it’s leave people in awe and the cast of ‘The Bachelor‘ were no exception.

From Aruba and Paris to Switzerland, Thailand and Bali, the popular reality series has taken participants all over the world, but this season, they chose Wild Rose Country – more specifically, Jasper National Park.

Located three hours west of Edmonton, this incredible destination is known for its bright blue water, mountain views and the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge – where this year’s frontman, Joey Graziadei and six lovestruck hopefuls spend the week.

“We are in Jasper National Park in Alberta Canada and it is absolutely beautiful here,” Graziadei said.

“I mean, this place is unreal. This is hands down, the prettiest place I’ve ever been. The sky and the water, just the whole scenery. Your jaw drops, I just don’t know how else to describe it.”

This opinion, of course, was not unlike that of the women joining him.

“I’ve never experienced a place like this in my life,” echoed contestant, Kelsey Toussant.

“The water is different, the trees are different, the mountains are insane…. Canada is nice!”

Needless to say, it was both a dramatic and super picturesque episode.

Want to catch the rest of the action?

Though they’ve left Jasper National Park and the Rockies behind, you can tune into CityTV on Mondays at 8/7c and enjoy the last few episodes – including home towns!

Things are getting spicy, Canada, so don’t miss it!
