Jacob Lawrence: The American Struggle

This once-in-a-lifetime exhibition is bringing Lawrence’s revolutionary 30-panel series Struggle: From the History of the American People (1954–56) together for the first time since 1958. It’s an unmissable exhibition that questions the stories we’ve been told and showcases Lawrence’s masterworks. Not to mention, SAM is the exhibition’s only West Coast venue.
