It’s started snowing on Vancouver’s ski resorts & some early bird passes are still available

We’ll be honest, it kind of felt like Christmas came early this morning. That’s because we woke up to find out that all of Vancouver’s nearby ski resorts have already got some snow on the slopes! While ski season might be a while away yet, we’re taking this as a good sign of things to come.

First up is Grouse Mountain. Why? Well, you can still get early bird discounts on season passes for it! If you’re on the fence about some close-to-home fun on the slopes, then we think this is the perfect push you need. After all, a full pass is less than five days of lift tickets at Whistler-Blackcomb.

Meanwhile, both Mount Seymour and Cypress Mountain have already sold out their early bird deals, but are no less worth taking a peek at. Plus, Cypress Mountain still has some discount passes available for their cross-country trails, if you’re more about that this winter than cruising the slopes.

Whatever you’re feeling, you’ve got a lot to look forward to this ski season. A little rain around Vancouver is fine by us, as long as it means the local resorts will have great winters!
