Don’t go chasing waterfalls! Or, do. Inglis Falls is a popular waterfall at Inglis Falls Conservation Area in Owen Sound. This 18-metre cascade is a great place to visit on a warm day and even has a viewing platform so you can take in the sights safely.

Getting to Inglis Falls Conservation Area will take you about two and a half hours by car from Toronto.
The falls are along the Bruce Trail where the Sydenham River meets the Niagara Escarpment!
In order to see the falls at one of the platform viewpoint, you’ll need to follow the main trail.
If you’re visiting be sure to note that access to the base of the falls is absolutely prohibited and you can only see the falls from the designated areas.
Once you’ve checked out the falls be sure to get some steps in and follow the 7.42 km of trails. The trails range in difficulty so be sure to select one that best suits your abilities.

It is also worth noting that if you’re visiting Inglis Falls Conservation Area, you will have to pay a fee to enter.
A day pass to enter the conservation area is $10 per vehicle. Cash is not accepted so make sure you have a debit or credit card on hand.
Oh, and don’t forget to snack some photos of the waterfall before you head out!
